Emina Hadzibajramovic new adjunct lecturer in statistics

As of november 2017, Emina Hadžibajramović becomes adjunct lecturer in statistics of health sciences at Health Metrics.

Emina Hadžibajramović performs statistical and epidemilogical research with special focus on ordinal data and longitudinal analyses. Her research projects are primarily based on stress research of physcho social work environment, organizational factors, stress related illness and sick leave. She is for example working with development and validation of questionaires, such as Rasch analysis.

The longitunial relationship between psycho social work environment and stress related illness have usually been the focus in applications of stress medicine. One of Emina's area of interest is the analysis of absence due to illness, work ability and return to work after absence. As adjunct lecturer, Emina will participate in teaching statistics in second and third cycle at the Sahlgrenska Academy.

Emina works normally at the Institute of Stress Medicine at Region Västra Götaland, where she is involved in many ongoing research projects contributing with statistical expertise of study design, database management and statistical consultation.
